A real jewel in the region, less than 20 km from Agios Athanasios, our apartments combine the absolute tranquility of the natural environment with the intense recreational and sporting activity offered by the enchanting village of Agios, as well as the imposing mountain Voras or Kaimaktslan.

A few words about our location.
Built on the northwestern shores of Lake Vegoritida, and at the foot of Mount Vora, Perea looks like an island from afar. Many call it the hidden gem of the region. The village, and our accommodation, is located just 28km from Edessa, 26km, from the Kaimaktslan Ski Centre, 25km from Nymphaeum and 48km from Pozar Baths. Based on staying at our Villa, you will have access to all local attractions with less than 1 hour drive!
"Great view of the lake! The house is clean and the host very kind and helpful. He even left us apples at the door as a gift! We were 4 people but the house ideally is for 2-3. Also, it is a bit hard to find. A signage in some parts of the village to the guesthouse would help. We quite liked it and would happily stay again.

Unusual entrance through a very quiet village and then you end up on a dead end road to a view that is absolutely stunning.
The house is perched on the edge of the lake with no one to disturb the tranquility.

A place with stunning views. A little far from the main attractions of northern Greece. But it is in a calm, quiet and beautiful area. The rooms are clean with a magical view of the lake. One drawback. The curtains are not enough, so the bright light hits us when we wake up. Still in relation to the cost of the villa I highly recommend the place.
