Pre & Post-Payment Policy

Payments for reservations are processed through our contracted payment intermediary, ODLSystems I.K.E., which operates and maintains our booking system on our behalf. Funds are collected securely on behalf of ΒΕΓΟΡΙΤΙΔΑ Aτ.E. (Vegoritida Apartments). We do not store full payment-card details on our own systems.

• A reservation is treated as a request until payment is successfully completed and the reservation is confirmed by us.
• Depending on the rate and season, we may require either a deposit or full pre-payment at the time of booking. The amount due will be shown clearly before you confirm.
• Following successful payment and the pre-arrival provision of each guest's identification document type and number, we guarantee that the reserved room will be available for your confirmed dates.

• Where only a deposit was taken, the remaining balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation, and may be payable on arrival.
• Statutory accommodation tax / climate-resilience levy and any optional extras consumed during your stay may be settled at the property at check-out.
• Charges for damage, breach of the property rules, or exceeding stated occupancy may be applied after your stay, as set out in our Terms of Use.

All prices are quoted and charged in Euro (€). Where applicable, VAT and statutory taxes are included or shown separately. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees, which are outside our control.

All transactions are processed over encrypted, secure channels by ODLSystems I.K.E. and the relevant payment service providers. We apply appropriate measures to protect your financial information, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Where a refund is due under our Cancellation Policy, it is processed back to your original payment method through ODLSystems I.K.E.
