When you make a reservation, we collect:

• Your nationality and identification document type and number;
• Your stay details (apartment, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests);
• Any special requests you choose to share;
• Payment-related information, which is handled through our payment intermediary. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

• To create, confirm, and manage your reservation (performance of a contract);
• To comply with our legal obligations, including guest-registration and tax requirements under Greek law;
