Terms of Use & Booking Conditions

This website and its online reservation system are operated on behalf of ΒΕΓΟΡΙΤΙΔΑ Aτ.E. ("Vegoritida Apartments", "the Company", "we", "us"), a tourist accommodation enterprise registered in Peraia, Pella, Greece. The accommodation operates under National Tourism Organisation registration M.H.T.E. 0935K10000351100. The Company's tax identification number (VAT) is EL105973508. All reservations and stays are subject to Greek law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Pella, Greece.

This website is provided for the purpose of allowing guests to view our apartments, check availability, and submit a reservation request for a room. Submitting the booking form constitutes a request to reserve accommodation for the dates and apartment selected.

A reservation is treated as a request until it is confirmed by us. We guarantee that, following (a) successful payment in accordance with our Pre & Post-Payment Policy and (b) the pre-arrival provision of each guest's identification document type and number, the reserved room will be available for the confirmed dates of stay.

Greek law requires us to register the identity of every guest who stays at the property. For this reason the booking form collects each lead guest's nationality, identification document type, and document number. Failure to provide accurate identification details prior to arrival may result in the reservation not being honoured, without refund.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing. A valid government-issued identification document must be presented at check-in for every guest, matching the details provided at the time of booking.

We kindly ask all guests to treat the property and its surroundings with respect. The following apply firmly and without exception: no smoking inside the apartments; no parties or events without prior written approval; quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00 out of consideration for other guests and neighbours; pets are permitted only by prior arrangement. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, and the Company reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement.

The maximum occupancy stated for each apartment may not be exceeded. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay, without refund, in cases of misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, or behaviour that endangers the property or other guests.

Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and, where applicable, include or are subject to VAT and any statutory accommodation tax / climate-resilience levy collected on behalf of the Greek State, which may be payable at the property. Any optional extras are charged separately.

The Company does not act as a travel agency and our role is limited to providing accommodation. As a general rule we do not issue invitation letters or other documents intended to support visa applications.

Specifically, and due to repeated incidents of fraudulent bookings made solely to obtain such paperwork, supporting documents for visa-issuance purposes will not be provided to nationals of China and India. A confirmed reservation does not, in any case, constitute a guarantee of visa approval, and any reservation found to have been made for the purpose of obtaining visa documentation rather than a genuine stay may be cancelled.

We take great care to ensure the information on this website is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law.

Cancellations, modifications, refunds, and the timing of payments are governed by our Cancellation Policy and our Pre & Post-Payment Policy, which form part of these Terms.
